At Attentive Inc., we're revolutionizing the way businesses connect with their customers through AI-powered marketing solutions. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you'll play a critical role in delivering our conversational commerce product offering to a growing region.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer requirements and prepare personalized demos of our technologies to drive the sales process forward.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor and domain expert, addressing technical objections and providing day-to-day product support to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape our sales strategy and expand our market reach.
  • Manage and drive RFPs and Security questionnaires to ensure customer satisfaction.
About You
  • At least 3-5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, or related field with CDPs, ESPs, or similar SaaS platforms.
  • Able to clearly articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Familiarity with Looker, Jira, RFP software, Google suite, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with APIs, SFTP, and API platforms like Postman.
  • Hybrid role: at least two days per week in our Sydney office.
