National Technical Training Director

A key role in our collaborative Tax team.

We are seeking a highly experienced National Technical Training Director to lead the development and delivery of technical training across our Tax service lines. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, delivery and continuous optimisation of technical training programs ensuring that learning content remains up-to-date, relevant and aligned with client needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a qualified chartered accountant qualification and significant tax experience, as well as knowledge of the Australian taxation regime. Experience in managing holistic technical development programs is also essential.

In addition, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to liaise with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate timely and relevant training programs addressing tax technical training needs by level and market.
  • Manage national technical training schedule and budget ensuring training is delivered and received by stakeholders.
  • Curate and manage knowledge library providing easy access to contemporary training tools.
  • Lead national training projects preparing project reports and status updates.
Requirements:
  • Qualified chartered accountant with significant tax experience and knowledge of the Australian taxation regime.
  • Experience in managing holistic technical development programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with key stakeholders.
