Key Responsibilities- Conduct client care assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique needs
- Provide nursing care and in-home services as required, ensuring the highest level of care and compassion
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Manage client information, documentation, and billing in accordance with Right at Home's policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines in aged and disability care
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in community nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software systems
- Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and prioritize tasks effectively
