Job Description:

As a Motel House Attendant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service that our guests have come to expect. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and prepared to a high standard, including changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming carpets and floors, and emptying rubbish. You will also be responsible for maintaining public areas, restocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning guest rooms to a high standard
  • Maintaining public areas, including the BBQ area
  • Restocking supplies and ensuring guest rooms are adequately stocked with toiletries, towels, and linens
  • Reporting any maintenance issues to management
  • Providing excellent customer service and interacting with guests in a courteous and helpful manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also be physically fit, able to lift and bend, and have a reliable attendance record.
