Our services include structural and geotechnical engineering, environmental management, and asset management.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working predominantly in the civil design arm of our business, managing all aspects of projects and project management. You will report directly to the Principal Civil Engineer daily and Company Directors occasionally. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project management of civil designs and provision of technical input to the design;
  • Undertaking analysis and preparation of technical reports for various aspects of projects, including stormwater management, pavement, and surfacing;
  • Carrying out inspections of works in progress to verify compliance against design;
  • Administration of construction contracts;
  • Liaising and coordinating with colleagues, clients, subconsultants, and contractors;
  • Mentoring less experienced staff;
  • Scoping of projects and preparation of fee proposals; and
  • Communicating across all levels and interpreting client needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive Australian experience in a relevant civil engineering area, backed by a Civil Engineering degree recognized by Engineers Australia. You will also require a valid unrestricted driver's license and Construction White Card, as some travel to job sites using company pool vehicles may be required.
