Job Overview

WorkPac is seeking an experienced Reach Stacker Operator to fill a key role in our logistics operations. As a leading provider of workforce solutions, we pride ourselves on matching skilled professionals with rewarding job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the reachstacker to load and unload trucks with containers in accordance with established operating procedures.
  • Reposition containers within the depot as needed to optimize storage and workflow.
  • Maintain a clean and organized yard, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Stack containers in compliance with Safe Working Instructions to ensure efficient and safe container handling.
  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation, including inventory management and container tracking.
  • Ensure the proper care and maintenance of vehicles and equipment under your responsibility, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and company policies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A current Reach Stacker (RS) license is required for this position.
  • Experience with container forklift operations is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced work environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Willingness to comply with regular drug and alcohol testing, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
