Home care professionals play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes. As a Specialised Carer, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing essential and practical care.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing personal care, such as assisting with showering and dressing
  • Assisting with household tasks, including meal preparation and light house cleaning
  • Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping
  • Administering medication

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be patient and solutions-focused, and have a valid Drivers Licence and access to an insured, reliable car.

A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is highly regarded, but not essential. We also require our carers to be flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients.
