The Job Overview:
  • Lead and embed a culture that builds a high-performing team of ambassadors within your store
  • Enable and empower your Store Management team to be customer-centric, people-focused, and results-driven
  • Equip your team to deliver multiple brand moments and an elevated flagship experience for seamless customer shopping throughout your store
  • Identify and address your team's development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement, and performance, building a strong bench for future succession
  • Work with your Field VM and Merch partners to provide valuable customer and store insights, driving results and creating great customer experiences
  • Effectively manage store schedules and wages to achieve productivity and wage targets
  • Advocate for the organization's social responsibility initiatives, leading your team on how they can make a meaningful impact on global projects
