About the Role

Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead our Modbury store. You will be responsible for managing store performance to budget, developing your team's capability, all while ensuring our customers and not-for-profit donors receive exceptional service.

A typical day might include:

1. Analyzing the previous week's results and adjusting the sales floor to maximize sales
2. Meeting with your production leaders to plan production for the next month
3. Leading a safety meeting with the Joint Health and Safety Committee
4. Coaching a production team member on how to grade an item
5. Welcoming a new team member into our business, ensuring they are having an engaging onboarding experience

About You

To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will have a mix of the following:

1. Availability for full-time hours across Monday to Friday
2. Prior experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment – you might have worked in retail, hospitality, or other customer-focused industries.
3. Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills – you know how to empower and inspire your team to achieve their goals.
4. Impact-driven – you want to make an impact on your team and your community.
5. Customer-focused – we make service count, so you will need to be passionate about providing an exceptional experience at every interaction with our valued customers and donors.
6. Eager to learn – you are always looking to find a better way, adapt, and improve.
