About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Loan Portfolio Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the administration of the client's loan book, ensuring loan data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administration of the client's loan book, ensuring loan data accuracy, integrity, and completeness
  • Provide service via phone and email to clients
  • Administer loan documentation, including registration of property security
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with borrowers and law firms by providing proactive and responsive customer service
  • Report on loan portfolio performance, including trends, metrics, and risk levels
  • Assist with reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience in a legal, financial, or financial services environment
  • Understanding of the lending process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to make informed decisions and identify trends
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and accounting software such as Xero and Excel
