We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual to join our crew as a Team Member.

As a key member of our team, you will work with customers to help them find their perfect drink, and provide expert advice on our extensive range of products. Your knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits will be essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role:

We require someone who is passionate about the liquor industry, enjoys engaging with customers, and has a commitment to providing great customer service. If you have excellent communication skills, are knowledgeable about our products, and can provide expert advice, this could be the role for you.

About You:

  • You're committed to delivering great customer service, working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • You're knowledgeable about our products and can provide expert advice to customers.
  • You're comfortable being on your feet for long periods and able to lift moderate to heavy weights (up to 17kg).
  • You hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.

Please note that an RSA certificate is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.
