Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dynamic retail professional to join our team in Bendigo. As a casual sales assistant, you will play a vital role in providing an inspiring in-store experience for our customers and community members.

About the Role
  • Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Assist with retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices
  • Collect, sort, and price donations in store
  • Develop and coordinate visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure
  • Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures
Requirements

While previous experience in retail sales is highly regarded, it is not essential. What is essential is your passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a complex and rewarding retail environment.

You will be a high-energy, hands-on individual with a proven track record in providing extraordinary customer service. Importantly, as someone known for your integrity, you will also be comfortable aligning to our mission and values to positively support and impact the lives of others through your career contribution.
