Job Overview

The Payroll Officer role at Employment Hero involves delivering accurate and timely payroll services to Australian clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing and reviewing payroll with 100% accuracy.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with payroll partners and clients to ensure a seamless payroll experience. You will have the chance to build long-term relationships with clients and become their trusted payroll advisor.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-4 Years of Experience in Payroll, Accounting, or Finance
  • Hands-on Experience with Australian Payroll
  • Familiarity with Fair Work, Superannuation, Tax, and Other Australian Payroll Regulations
  • Strong Attention to Detail and Commitment to 100% Accuracy
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Strong Customer Service Mindset
  • Proficient in Excel and Ability to Work with Payroll Data Confidently
  • Able to Thrive in a Fast-Paced, Remote-First Environment
