We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant at St Vincent's Care Services Southport. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes a culture of respect and compassion.

- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications.
- 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records.
- Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan.
