Job Title:

Project and Store Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate and supervise store refurbishments, fit-outs, relocations, and closures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee multiple projects from planning through to completion.
  • Manage on-site works during live refurbishments to minimize disruption and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Prepare project schedules and secure manufacturing and delivery lead times.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress updates and defect management reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project coordination or management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly and be on-site for extended periods.
