Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand responsible gaming data and reporting needs.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and dashboards for operations to track use and outcomes of responsible gaming data.
  • Providing coaching to frontline teams on responsible gaming reporting and actions.
  • Tracking and reporting on progress from responsible gaming interactions with players.
  • Analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the responsible gaming program.
