Barista Role Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages with precision and flair.
  • Engaging with guests, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere with enthusiasm.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area with dedication.
  • Staying knowledgeable about our menu and various coffee blends with passion.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience with teamwork.
About You:

The positions report to Food and Beverage Managers and work alongside a supportive team who believe in crafting incredible culinary experiences for all guests.

Requirements:
  • Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment with expertise
  • A current Certificate of Competency in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Availability across a 7 day roster - AM and PM shifts with flexibility
  • A high standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality with positivity
  • An engaging, confident, and guest-centric character with a natural drive to create memorable guest experiences
