At a leading design and engineering firm, we are shaping the future of water infrastructure solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our QLD Water Team, who will play a critical role in driving innovation and sustainability in the industry.

This is a unique opportunity to lead projects, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and deliver exceptional project outcomes.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering (or equivalent) and Chartered status with Engineers Australia (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position, with expertise in multi-discipline design management and knowledge of Australian water industry standards and codes
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset

The Design Manager will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver challenging water and wastewater concept and detailed design projects
  • Leading teams to foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation and collaboration
  • Mentoring junior team members and promoting professional development
