Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Trade Sales Representative to join our client's team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, supporting external sales teams, and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for customers via phone and in-person at the trade counter
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth
- Support external sales teams and management to achieve sales targets
- Process orders, handle customer inquiries, and provide quotes in a timely manner
- Perform general branch support duties, including storeman and administrative tasks
- Rostered Saturday shifts, 8am - 12pm

Requirements
- Experience in a customer service or internal sales role

- Strong relationships-building skills and a friendly demeanor
