Job Title: Community Support Worker

  We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide support services to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence, well-being, and quality of life.

Job Description:

As a Community Support Worker, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and aspirations. You will develop personalized service plans, conduct assessments, and provide support with daily tasks, household chores, and personal activities. Your role will also involve advocating on behalf of clients, fostering partnerships with local organizations, and providing guidance on budgeting and financial management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Empathy and patience
