Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Childcare Educator to join our team at Bingara Gorge Fun Club. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to children aged 5-12 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children
  • Built strong relationships with children, families, and the community through effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Relevant work experience in a similar setting
  • Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development
