Award-winning coffee connoisseurs wanted to take our customer service to the next level. As a skilled Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our members and guests by providing top-notch beverages and maintaining a clean environment.

  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times
  • Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare specialty coffee drinks that meet high-quality standards
  • Become familiar with regular customers' preferences and adapt to their needs
  • Inspect beverages for quality and presentation before serving
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and supplies
  • Train new employees on coffee preparation techniques

We are seeking individuals with previous experience as a Barista, including operating an espresso machine and grinder. Ideal candidates will have excellent knowledge of coffee services and products, as well as demonstrated efficiency in high-volume cafes. Self-motivated and team-oriented individuals with outstanding communication skills are highly valued. A current NSW RSA & RSG Competency Card or willingness to obtain is required. Flexible working hours across 7-day rotating rosters, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, are expected.
