About the Role



We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Deployment Specialist - ICT Project Lead to join our team at Hudson Australia.



Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and managing the deployment of our Information Content and Records solution and Correspondence Management Projects. This includes designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust deployment approach and strategy to meet project objectives.



You will be responsible for defining stakeholder responsibilities regarding the deployment process, conducting release planning workshops, prioritizing business areas for deployment, and coordinating deployment stakeholders to ensure delivery of logistics, requirements, and objectives.



In addition, you will develop and maintain deployment-related documentation, including mock/dress rehearsal and production deployment plans, schedules, metrics, work plans, resource plans, cutover entry/exit plans, Go/No-Go checklists, and prepare conduct mock/dress rehearsal deployment walk-throughs with key stakeholders.



As the Enterprise Deployment Specialist - ICT Project Lead, you will monitor, control, and report on deployment results, identify and manage deployment-related risks and issues, and implement and advocate for deployment best practices, including continuous improvement, automation, and agile methodologies where applicable.

Requirements:



  • 5+ years' experience working on enterprise-level ICT projects in a similar capacity

  • Proven ability to collaborate with implementation partners to design, gain approval for, and implement the entire deployment lifecycle for a transformation-focussed project

  • Experience in managing interdependencies and ensuring alignment between all deployment-related activities

  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict and build consensus among many stakeholders

  • Possess strong customer service, organisational, and prioritisation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and meet deadlines simultaneously

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: negotiation, team building, positive thinking, can-do attitude, and job flexibility



What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
