I am proud to partner with a reputable Tasmanian brand in their search for a capable Finance Business Partner. This full-time casual contract offers an immediate start. This brand is well known for looking after their staff and being a great place to work.

Your new role

Based in greater Hobart, you'll be working with the broader Finance team, focusing on providing strategic and hands-on business partnering support to various department managers.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll be performing the following functions:
  • The provision of management accounting services to support business decisions and drive commercial outcomes
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data records
  • Support the broader business with decisions and business analytics
  • Other project work as required

What you'll need to succeed

CA/CPA qualified, with solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in a similar role. Your systems savvy, with experience using large ERP systems such as SAP or TechOne. And you have excellent Excel skills. Your well-developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills enable you to build strong internal relationships and adapt your style to suit different audiences. You'll also hold a valid driver's licence and be prepared to undergo a national police check.
