Customer Enquiries Coordinator Job Overview

This role is responsible for supporting our Residential care facilities, providing 24/7 support to seniors who require a greater degree of hands-on assistance. Our Residential Care facilities focus on creating a community environment that prioritizes a high quality of life and provides opportunities to thrive.

As the Customer Enquiries coordinator, you will play a vital role in monitoring occupancy levels and working with internal teams to manage site requirements. You will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks related to the admission process, including arranging contractual agreements for permanency of care.

A prior knowledge of Residential Aged Care, CHSP, HCP and government funding streams is essential, as is a sound understanding of customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor occupancy levels and work with internal teams to manage site requirements
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the admission process
  • Arrange contractual agreements for permanency of care

In order to excel in this role, you will need prior experience in Residential Aged Care or a related field, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Prior experience in Residential Aged Care or a related field

  • Ability to obtain a Police Clearance
  • Evidence of Covid-19 and Seasonal flu vaccinations
