About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painting Trade Worker to join our team at 11 Recruitment. As a Painting Trade Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections to determine the type of work and material required.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, filling holes, and smoothing surfaces.
  • Apply paint to walls and structures using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
  • Assess paint colours, mix and match pigments using various techniques and tools.
  • Clean and maintain tools with appropriate cleaning agents, and properly dispose of used materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
  • Understand and adhere to industry safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification at Certificate III or related.
  • At least two years of full-time work experience as a painter.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
  • Demonstrated positive attitude and teamwork ability.
  • Able to work efficiently with and without supervision.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to painting and construction.
What We Offer

The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
