We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Manager to lead our clinical operations team at Dental Corporation. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents, while also driving business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily clinical operations of our care home, ensuring seamless delivery of person-centered care.
- Support and lead the care home clinical team, including coaching, mentoring, staff allocations, and performance management.
- Review clinical incidents, complaints, and changes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead compliance with ACFI assessments, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Manage person-centered care planning and evaluation for residents, including case conferencing with families and carers.
- Prepare and conduct clinical governance audits, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Liaise with allied health, medical practitioners, and other services to provide optimal resident care.
- Current AHPRA registration is essential.
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent is essential.
- Post-graduate qualification in aged care is highly regarded.
- Experience managing a minimum of 30 beds is required.
- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting.
- Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities.
- Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
