Job Description

The primary function of the Global Brand Manager is to oversee the development and execution of global brand initiatives. This includes innovation, campaigns, and commercial programs for the KEVIN.MURPHY CARE & STYLING portfolio.

This role plays a central part in shaping the brand's future pipeline, creative direction, and global marketing strategies, ensuring consistency, relevance, and performance across all regions.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring a passion for building premium brands.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in the end-to-end development of new products alongside Product Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Identify category opportunities through competitive benchmarking, market trends, and regional insights.
  • Partner on claims development, packaging strategy, global pricing, and forecasting to ensure commercial and creative readiness.
  • Shape launch strategy and go-to-market plans across multiple regions.
  • Lead the creative development and execution of global campaigns for hero launches and key brand moments.
  • Partner with Creative, Digital, Education, and Regional Marketing to deliver compelling 360° campaigns and toolkits.
  • Ensure alignment with brand identity, tone of voice, and positioning across all campaign assets.
  • Oversee post-launch reviews in collaboration with cross-functional teams to inform future campaign optimisation.
">Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years' experience in brand marketing, preferably within haircare, beauty, or professional prestige categories.
  • Proven track record of leading product launches, brand campaigns, and commercial planning.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to take initiative and drive projects independently.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organisational capabilities.
  • Collaborative and agile mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Understanding of paid media strategy and channel execution is an advantage.
  • Passion for fashion, beauty, and sustainability is highly regarded.
