Key Responsibilities- Manage agreements, handle repair and maintenance levies, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee insurance matters, organize meetings, and engage with committee members to share information regarding building schemes.
- Maintain documents using a document management system, utilizing your organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Previous experience in administration, preferably in a strata or property management context.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with committee members and other stakeholders.
- Passion for learning new skills and taking on challenges, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
- Join a close-knit team and receive ongoing support from a Senior Strata Manager.
