Job Title: Mixologist

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks according to recipes and standards, and ensuring the bar remains stocked.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Offer food and beverages from the bar
  • Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol
  • Ensure the bar remains stocked
  • Be efficient in handling cash
  • Offer optimum guest service – create Moments that Matter
  • Suggest premium menu items to enhance the Guest's experience and maximise sales

Key Qualifications:
  • Previous bartending experience
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs
