About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our civil contracting firm, you will be responsible for managing civil projects valued around $5 million.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan daily project activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project expenditure against budget to maintain financial efficiency.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans in collaboration with the Site Engineer and Foreman.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications and guidelines.
  • Mentor and lead your team, promoting their professional growth and development.
About You

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with a proven track record in civil infrastructure. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of Australian experience in managing civil infrastructure projects.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret contracts, with a solid understanding of relevant OH&S and QE systems.
  • Demonstrable success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and safely.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to foster strong client relationships.
