Music Department Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Music Department Support professional to join our team.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires working from the office 5 days a week. As a key member of our music team, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our music department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including reviewing show contracts and maintaining schedules
  • Cover desks for colleagues and complete music projects as assigned
  • Develop strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in executing assigned tasks
  • Show enthusiasm for the music industry and possess a good understanding of its inner workings
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and work effectively in a demanding environment
