The primary objective of a Registered Midwife is to provide safe and high-quality care to women and their families throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver expert midwifery care to women and their families, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal support
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for women and their families
- Build and maintain effective relationships with women and their families, providing empathetic and respectful care
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams to enhance maternal and infant outcomes
