A Rewarding Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Broker to join our team in Armadale. As an integral part of our mission, you will connect our customers with suitable job opportunities, facilitating meaningful and successful employment matches. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reverse market willing job seekers to local businesses, generating opportunities for placement and interviews.
  • Assist in meeting placement and target outcomes through strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate group sessions at sites, including information and job matching sessions.
  • Engage with employers to arrange further training, wage subsidies, PPE, pre-employment checks and other requirements for successful placements.
  • Coordinate with managers to support larger employment initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Hold a current driver's licence and be willing to travel to other sites as required.
  • Hold a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development or be willing to obtain.
  • Have sound knowledge of the local labour market and the needs and expectations of employers.
  • Experience in sales or telemarketing in a service industry is highly regarded.
  • Intermediate to high level administrative skills, including ability to type at a minimum of 30 wpm.

  • A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A 9-day fortnight with a dedicated day off every second week.
