About the RoleThe Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Team Leader - Human Resources Administration to join the Human Resources department. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for providing comprehensive human resources administration support to the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN). Your primary responsibilities will include:
- leading, coaching and mentoring a team of HR administrators to achieve optimal performance and service delivery
- overseeing the accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and contract management
- collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and customer service
- providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to managers and staff across the NALHN
- monitoring team performance, identifying training needs and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
