Driving Client Success in Mining Operations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive client success and collaborate with cross-functional teams. As a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, you will ensure alignment with industry best practices and safety standards.

  • Develop tailored solutions for mining operations, including equipment selection, fleet optimization, and automation strategies.
  • Lead client consultations to assess operational challenges and propose cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses for mining projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and R&D teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements to enhance service offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

This role requires 5+ years of experience in mining equipment management, preferably with Tier 1 companies or mining service providers. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or similar tools is essential. Strong communication skills are also required for technical reporting and client presentations.

Requirements
  • Experience with autonomous haulage systems, IoT, or data-driven optimization.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PE license, or RPEQ certification).

Based in Perth or willing to relocate, this is a mid-senior level full-time position in the engineering, customer service, and design fields, covering machinery manufacturing and agriculture, construction, and mining industries.
