Job OverviewWe are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our organization. This role provides efficient and effective quality support, ensuring that incoming goods and materials meet quality specifications and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Release disposition of incoming goods and materials
  • Manage product quality complaints
  • Support investigations triggered by local incidents and deviations
  • Manage change controls for planned changes
  • Develop and deliver SOP and quality training materials
  • Ensure internal procedures and systems comply with Quality Management Systems
  • Perform activities to support risk management process
  • Manage third-party service providers
  • Data analysis and regular reporting on quality performance
Required Skills:
  • Quality experience within the industry and application of Quality Systems
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Problem identification and solving skills
  • Initiative-taker, able to schedule and progress workload
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to GMP & Medsafe expectations
  • Knowledge on effective quality documentation systems
  • Proficient writing skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and cross-functionally
  • Experience in SAP and Quality Management System is a benefit
  • Experience within a commercial quality position preferred
