Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of recruitment, training, and quality assurance of facilitators
  • Collaboration with DE to ensure reform objectives are met
  • Identification of opportunities for improvement and enhancements

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate-qualified teacher with experience in inclusion or specialist education
  • 10+ years of experience working in/with schools
  • Natural leadership skills and ability to build positive team cultures
  • Strong project management and communication skills

This position requires a deep understanding of child development, neurodiversity, and disability, framed by a strengths-based approach.
