Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and organised project coordinator to support the development of our psychology clinic.

  • Assisting in the digitisation of clinical records, governance documentation, and student-facing materials.
  • Contributing to the development of clinic communications, marketing, and funding proposals.
  • Maintaining project documentation, tracking deliverables, and supporting stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in project coordination and administrative support in a clinical or health setting. You will have strong digital literacy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience managing digital content and records, and proficiency with platforms such as SharePoint.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and reporting skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
