Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Remediation Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security remediation, excellent organisational and project management skills, and a passion for building well-organised processes.

  • Prioritise a backlog of cyber and technology findings identified during internal and external audit assessments.
  • Work with key stakeholders documenting the remediation action for each finding.
  • Identify resources/effort required to resolve security issues.
  • Create associated tickets/backlog items on Boards to track findings to closure.
  • Escalate early any potential risks/issues/roadblocks.
  • Assist with ongoing reporting requirements, status reports etc.

About You:

We are looking for someone who has a broad understanding of IT security, experience in stakeholder management, project management and building well-organised processes to ensure remediation issues are always resolved within good time and as a priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice and hands-on support to solve potential security threats/issues.
  • Manage findings from audits, scans, pen testing etc. effectively end-to-end.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in security remediation.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to build well-organised processes.
  • Broad understanding of IT security.
  • Previous experience in vulnerability management and vulnerability tools.
