About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Delivery Manager to oversee and enhance the delivery of our data analytics managed services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining solid relationships.
    • Understand customer needs and objectives to tailor services and ensure alignment with business goals.
    • Manage expectations, address concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Service Delivery Oversight
    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data and analytics services, ensuring managed services are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver services, including data engineers, data analytics, solution architects, and other specialists.
    • Monitor service performance metrics and ensure SLA compliance (Service Level Agreements).
  • Service Management
    • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery.
    • Report on service status and performance to stakeholders and senior management on time and every time.
  • Incident Management
    • Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate with stakeholders, and work towards resolution.
    • Establish effective communication between different stakeholders.
    • Create an incident management plan, conduct post-incident reviews, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Agile Delivery
    • Facilitate and manage agile sprints to ensure timeline and high-quality delivery
    • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment on goals
    • Track performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Implement and manage processes and best practices for service delivery.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
    • Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer for all managed services.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage budgets for customer engagements and ensure cost-effective delivery of services.
    • Oversee billing and invoicing processes and address any financial discrepancies.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a team of professionals involved in service delivery.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Provide regular feedback and support professional development.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is required.
      • An advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Agile certifications, PMP, ITIL) are preferred.
    • Experience
      • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managed services delivery, with at least three years in a data analytics or related role.
    • Skills
      • Strong understanding of data analytics technologies, tools, and methodologies.
      • Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering service and solution delivery.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to analyse and interpret data to make informed decisions.
      • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
