About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Spare Parts Senior Engineer to join our team at 936 FLSmidth S.A.C.

This is a unique opportunity to drive the development and implementation of a global profitable growth strategy for our spare parts service groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement full life cycle lean projects/initiatives for spare parts service groups, executing and managing a Service Offering Portfolio.
  • Manage and maintain spare parts forecastable business with life cycle approach management, focusing on managing inventory and supply chain.
  • Oversee the development of spare parts kits packages for our installed base, ensuring the best quality, price, and cost control.
  • Drive and ensure availability of standard spare parts for our equipment, reviewing cataloging in the engineering department and implementing inventory with approval from the GSLM spares team.
  • Buy-in of critical spares through local manufacturing.
  • Support Regions Business Development, working with Regions sales teams and RSLMs to promote SP services to all target customers, maintaining and growing the assigned service offering.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers and regions (RSLM/S&SS).
  • Support the launch of new services in the region in collaboration with RSLM/S&SS.
Requirements
  • Mechanical, Industrial engineering or related careers.
  • Experience in maintenance and/or planning of mining equipment: Crushing & Feeding or Milling & Grinding.
  • Good communication skills.
  • ERPs management, AutoCAD, MS Office.
