About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to lead global spare parts initiatives, driving profitable growth and executing full life cycle lean projects for service groups. As Senior Global Parts Procurement Manager, you will serve as the global spare parts expert, providing solutions for forecastable business with a lifecycle approach. Your responsibilities will include managing a Service Offering Portfolio, main components exchange & repairs, operational components, spare parts kits packages, regional pricing management, inventory & supply chain management, and ensuring controlling and optimizing stock quality, price, and cost control.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a global profitable growth strategy, executing and implementing full life cycle lean projects/initiatives for spare parts service groups.
- Serve as the global spare parts expert, providing and developing solutions for spare parts forecastable business with a lifecycle approach management.
- Manage a Service Offering Portfolio.
- Main/Critical components exchange & repairs for Scheduled overhauls of FLS OEM equipment.
- Operational/Fasteners components to increase client's asset availability.
- Spare parts kits packages for installed base with a value proactive approach to repair/replace spares during the complete life cycle.
- Regional pricing management.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management: (in alignment with global sourcing plans).
- Ensuring controlling and optimizing stock of spares & the best quality, price & cost control of it.
- Drive and ensure availability of standard spare parts for equipment; review cataloging in engineering department and implement inventory with approval of GSLM spares team.
- Buy-in (Local Manufacturing) of critical spares.
- Regions Business Development support: Work with Regions sales teams & RSLMs to promote SP services to all target customers to fulfill budget commitments & increase business, maintaining & growing assigned service offering.
- Support GSLMs and Regions to develop winning proposals.
- Provide training and guidance to customers & regions (RSLM / S&SS).
- Support launch of new services in region in collaboration with RSLM / S&SS
- Mechanical, Industrial engineering or related careers.
- Experience in maintenance and/or planning of mining equipment: Crushing & Feeding or Milling & Grinding.
- Good communication skills.
- ERPs management, AutoCAD, MS Office.
- $120,000 - $180,000 per annum salary package, commensurate with experience.
