The Opportunity
Healthscope is seeking an experienced Scrub/Scout leader to join our Periop leadership team on a full-time, fixed-term basis. Reporting to our NUM Operating Theatres, you will be responsible for providing clinical and operational leadership within the theatre complex to our Scrub/Scout team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational leadership to floor coordinators and scrub/scout team
- Rostering, clinical audits & people leadership
About the Role
As a leader in our theatres team, you will have extensive experience working in Orthopaedics or Neurosurgery in a fast-paced theatre complex. You will have demonstrated proven experience in people development and leading team culture, with a thorough depth of knowledge in ACORN & National Standards.
