About the Role:

Customer Support Specialist

This role focuses on delivering quality customer support by ensuring all services meet the Aged Care Quality Standards. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining consumer care plans, processing customer transactions, resolving customer phone and online enquiries, scheduling services for customers/clients, and taking customer bookings.

Requirements
  • A Certificate III qualification
  • Experience in Aged Care
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems
  • A valid Class C driver's license issued in NSW
