The role of Business Solution Developer plays a vital part in the delivery of enterprise-scale projects and service improvements.
This position requires effective communication and requirements-gathering skills, with experience in business process improvements in complex environments and situations.
- Elicit and document requirements across multiple functions and business units to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate workshops and identify potential risks, issues and benefits of proposed solutions, outlining their impact on the business.
- Work collaboratively with project managers and team leaders to estimate project costs and identify areas for business savings.
- Communicate project plans effectively to cross-functional teams and management, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Provide visibility into work being undertaken to maintain project timelines and manage competing priorities with sound judgement.
Applicants will have demonstrated experience as a business analyst within the ICT sector, with at least 5 years' experience required.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage several competing project priorities simultaneously, communicate customer-focused project solutions and develop effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders is essential.
