The Facilities and Asset Manager oversees maintenance operations across three Cairns hotels. This role safeguards assets, manages the maintenance department budget, ensures preventative maintenance plans are in place, maintains regulatory requirements, and leads emergency response efforts.

This position involves leading technical staff, managing multiple projects, coordinating vendor relationships, interpreting technical documentation, developing maintenance strategies, producing detailed reports, establishing operational standards, communicating effectively, collaborating, analyzing data, and leveraging technology to drive success.
