Job Title: Lead Educator

As a senior educator, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of educators in delivering high-quality, child-centred care in a nursery setting.

You will develop and implement engaging learning programs tailored to each child's development, build strong relationships with families to support children's well-being and learning journeys, and ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.

You will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment within the nursery space, and collaborate with educators, teachers, and leaders to continuously enhance practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of educators in delivering high-quality, child-centred care
  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs tailored to each child's development
  • Build strong relationships with families to support children's well-being and learning journeys
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment within the nursery space
Requirements:
  • A recognised early childhood qualification (Diploma or Bachelor), or currently studying toward one
  • Strong communication skills with children, families, and team members
  • Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and leading teams
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and sector best practices
  • Availability for full-time hours and flexible shift coverage
