Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for Identity and Access Management initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Work with business, IT Services, controls, risk management, and compliance stakeholders to ensure IT Services comply with Group policies, controls, risk standards, and obligations.
  • Own and manage on-boarding processes, initiatives, and activities to facilitate the migration of Group Security IT Services from legacy platforms to strategic IAM/PAM platforms.
  • Build awareness of the on-boarding journey, educating business stakeholders, IT Services, and delivery teams.
  • Assist with data gathering and validation, ensuring controls and risk standards are met, facilitate workshops, provide inputs/guidance on integration patterns, and assist with select testing, deployment, and change management activities.
  • Apply agile methodology throughout day-to-day tasks.
  • Provide inputs and assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) / OCM materials.
Requirements
  • Essential: Strong domain knowledge in Identity and Access Management, experience with Confluence, JIRA, and good documentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills required to comfortably deal with, manage, and influence stakeholders and provide updates to Senior Managers.
  • Work with leadership to develop and drive business commitments and outcomes.
  • Have leadership capabilities to drive an initiative and develop and educate the team.
  • Have strong Stakeholder Management skills to support, guide, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Have good problem-solving and analysis skills with a strong risk, quality, and productivity mindset.
  • Have the confidence to question the status-quo, to truly understand, and to offer constructive challenge to find better ways to do things.
  • Desirable: Hands-on experience in Sail Point and its features, Dell One Identity, Cyber Ark experience, on-boarding of IT Services to IAM Platforms.
