Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Education Teacher to join our school community on a permanent, full-time basis commencing in 2026. This role involves teaching PDHPE to secondary students, Years 7-12.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the teaching of PDHPE, as well as the ability to differentiate learning to cater for students' needs to maximise student learning.

The successful candidate will also be able to motivate students to achieve and to develop a life-long love of learning, and have a sound understanding of the learning environments, lesson plans, use of technology, teaching practices and delivery of assessment and learning feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching PDHPE to secondary students, Years 7-12
  • Differentiating learning to cater for students' needs
  • Motivating students to achieve and develop a life-long love of learning
Requirements:
  • Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
  • Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree, or 75% complete)
  • Valid Working with Children Check (for employment purposes)
